It's a win-win situation likened to hitting the sweepstakes.
This was how a pro-administration barangay captain described the new developments in Cebu City politics that will see the city's first lady, Margot Osmeña, entering the political arena for the first time.
Also lauded was Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña and Rep. Tony Cuenco of Cebu City south district for possibly settling a feud that had divided the administration Bando Osmeña-Pundok Kauswagan(BO-PK).

TO settle the talks, he said, Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña yesterday announced his wife Margot and former city councilor Ronald Cuenco will complete the Bando Osmeña Pundok Kauswagan's (BOPK) lineup for the south district.
He assured that Vice Mayor Michael Rama remains BOPK's candidate for mayor and Joy Young for vice mayor, an announcement that drew cheers.
But the loudest applause came after the mayor announced Margot's candidacy.

VICE Mayor Michael Rama will meet members of the police coordinating and advisory council (PCAC) as well as representatives of concerned sectors for Cebu City to prepare for the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.
He said he wants to know how the police have prepared themselves for the observance.
